RETURN POLICY

Online & In-Store Purchases: Unused items may be returned within 14 days of purchase for refund to original payment method or store credit. 

Online orders: Store credit will be issued in the form of an e-gift card. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase has arrived and you have not contacted us about your return, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Non-returnable items: Due to the nature of the product, the following items cannot be returned: masks, perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants) and personal care goods (such as beauty products, serums etc.). All items marked "on sale" are FINAL SALE.
